These data collection and analysis services are explained separately in this document. Under no circumstances do we use the data collected here for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.
The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) to operate our service professionally and securely. In addition, there are situations in which you want to provide us with personal data, such as when registering.
In this case we will ask you for your consent to the processing (Article 6 (1) lit. a GDPR).
4. What do we use your data for?
Part of the data is collected to ensure error-free provision of the service. Other data can be used to analyze your user behavior.
a) Collection and processing when using the contact form or when processing an inquiry
When using the contact form, we collect personal data (individual information about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person) only to the extent provided by you. For this we need your e-mail address in order to be able to answer your request. Accordingly, it is only used for this purpose. Your data will then be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further processing.
5. Recipients or transfer of personal data
We do not pass on any personal data to third parties without your express consent.
Excluded from this are our service partners, who we need to process the contractual relationships. In these cases, too, the data protection regulations are observed. The scope of the data transmission is limited to the permissible minimum.
6. Notes on safeguarding the rights of those affected
a) Withdrawal of consent
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke the consent you have given at any time. An informal e-mail to us is sufficient for this. The legality of the data agreement made up until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
