As the son of a sports teacher, he gained insights into how high performance sports are practiced and organized at an early age. Cycling in particular sparked his passion, but Marc Bator was unable to pursue his own path as an athlete. Marc Bator was also involved in the federation system as an official for some time. With the experience and knowledge he was able to acquire on his professional path, TEAMVISION was born.

The focus of the company, which he founded together with partners in 2014, is on the marketing and management of top athletes. Furthermore, TEAMVISION supports brands and companies in their commitments to sports and finds partners to finance sports operations. In order to deepen his knowledge in the sports and economics, Marc Bator has completed academic certificate courses and educates himself constantly.
